I have hose going to a filter which causes oil to leak. Any thoughts or advice on how to remedy this?
Excess gear oil, or leak on fuel line

Greetings!

I am from North Carolina and I just bought my Kymco Spade the other day. Put around 100 miles on her already. I was trying to find the SPADE section on the site and didn't see one? Is it called something else elsewhere and I am just missing it? Or is this something that has yet to be added to the fourms? Anyways glad to be here!
It's new model from KYMCO

I thought this Kymco was a Piaggio Medley when I first saw it.  http://www.kymco.com/product/scooters/People-one-125i/
Which do you like or prefer?

Super 8 150 / Re: electrical problems: why?
« on: August 27, 2017, 10:22:52 AM »
I have a 2014 Super 8 150, and I've had some problems here in FL.  For one,  I can't cover it while outside and raining.  3 times or so I've started it up to go to work after a previous night's rain (dark, around 330AM), I'd throttle it after it warmed up, and the main headlight would go DEAD.  Like no light.  I've U-turned a few times so I could drive my van to work.  It lights up fine and stays when it's dry.

Then, 3 days ago, I tried to start it to leave work, and no electricity was flowing when I put the key to "Run".  No LED's, no display lights, and no startup.  I pulled the battery, took it to an auto parts store, and they said nothing was wrong with the battery.  I put it back in my scooter yesterday, and it started!
The prior night I was coming home from an outing, and at the stoplight, I noticed my blinker struggling to blink.  I don't know why.

Has anyone else had problems like these?
Check your fuse, much better bring it to KYMCO Service shop.

General Discussion / Re: Batteries...To replace or not to replace....

The original battery on my scoot lasted 8 years. I do ride all year long, but much less during the winter.
3 years seem too short of a lifespan for a battery that's kept on a battery tender.

My original KYMCO battery lasted 7 years,  currently I am using OEM battery now it's has 1 year and 4 months still up to now working good.
