Agility 50 / She died.

My 2007 Kymco Agility with 36500km`s died today, 47mm kit was on there for about 3500km`s.
Guess it`s time for a new block + crank and she will thrive yet again.
It`s a sad day though.

Is there anything I need to know about replacing every single thing in the engine, especially the crank?
I will buy a entire new engine case, and will fill it up with all the parts that are on my engine now. Exept for the crank, I`ll buy that one brand new ofcourse (Naraku crank).

Agility 50 / BBK-failure

Title explains it all..  :'(

Can`t get her to start, what are common things to go/do wrong with a BBK?
I triple checked valve play and timing, put in a 92 and a 85 jet both without any success. Compression is biiiiig. Didn`t forget to put back a hose/wire and I still have a spark.

What could it be?

Agility 50 / Leovince exhaust too L O U D

Hey guys,

Recently I have changed my jetting and ever since then my Leovince exhaust is unbearably loud, I can`t drive comfortably for longer that 10 mins, and at the end of the day my ears are buzzing like  a bee on caffeine. I changed my exhaust back to the original but boy do I miss the nice sound from the Leovince.

Does anyone know how to make it a bit less loud? I haven`t got the DB-killer anymore.

Agility 50 / Problems

Hey guys,

I`ve noticed a decline in my engine RPM`s, she sometimes stutters when I WOT in the first couple of km/h`s and also when I re-accelerate at a high speed (50km/h+).
Starting used to be a push of a button, now it is playing with gas to just get it right :(
My mileage decreased as well (But that might be because I switched from 5.5g to 5.25g roller weights)

Anyone knows how and why this could be? It`s raining almost constantly here yet I still drive about 100km per 3 days, and as I`ve drilled some holes in my airbox I took a wild guess to see if the filter was stuffed with dirt but I couldn`t see anything wrong.

Agility 50 / Which upgrade?

I am planning to install my 72cc soon (got in yesterday), thing is: I still got some money left for a little upgrade, but I don`t really know which one would give the greatest amount of power increase; Sports camshaft (Naraku V2) or sports variator (Malossi Multivar)?

Setup:
Leovince exhaust, 82 jet (will change to 88 w/ BBK), de-restricted CDI, boss and intake, 5.5g rollers (will change to 6g w/ BBK)

Agility 50 / Big bore (72CC Naraku) jetting

I am thinking about ordering a 72CC Naraku BBK kit, but I can`t really find a good source for what jet they reccomend/use; Some people say 90 is fine, some people said that they melted their piston with a 90..

I live @sea level, maybe that is something important to consider :)

Does anyone know if the Agility 50 fat 12 inch buddy seat size is bigger than the original 12 inch double-seat system?
And if yes; is there any way to swap from the original seat(s) to the "fat" version?

Agility 50 / Sport exhaust slows scoot down

Where to begin?

I bought my `07 Agility 50 about 6 months ago, 32 000 km`s on the clock.
When I bought it I changed oil, checked everything for damage and wear. Luckily I didn`t find anything except that I had a hole where the air filter is supposed to be supported, whenever I go over a big bump I hear a little rattle because it isn`t properly fixed to the scoot now.

Anyways, I bought and installed a Leovince exhaust a month ago, and eversince I did that it takes way longer to get to top speed. I can`t seem to find a reason/a way to fix it.
Does anyone know a reason why that happens?

Setup: Cut CDI, smooth boss, 5.5G roller weight, de-restricted air manifold, leovince exhaust.
