Canada empty?
« on: March 25, 2015, 09:38:22 PM »
It was a beautiful, sunny day, so I took a ride on Gulf Blvd.
I swear Canada, Michigan and Ohio must be empty!

I can tell you're on the west coast of Florida.
On this side it's NY, NJ, PA and Connecticut.
You got the better of the snowbird deal!

We stay just N of the Don CeSar on Gulf Blvd....in the dead of summer! So, no one about but the locals - and they're darn happy to see us! FYI - it is no hotter or more humid in Fla. than it is in Ohio at that time of year......and at least we have pools, shrimp, breezes and s c o o t e r s   everywhere!

Half of Canada may be in FL, but the other half is in AZ. Sure is great to ride my Honda Reflex in the 90oF heat here in Yuma. I just don't read the posts about protective gear!!! But I do miss the Downtown. Back to it in a few weeks when I return North. Was so lonely for a ride that I had to pick up the Reflex about half way through the winter (summer) here. Get to ride every day now all year long. Canada will fill up again in the next few weeks.

You forgot to mention Southern Nevada a.k.a. Las Vegas, Nevada. All the Canadian snowbirds love Vegas in the fall and winter months.
