Yep! I'd say some 30-40% of the leaves have now fallen here and things look (though happily don't yet feel) wintery over this side of the pond.

The final sailboat photo.....at first I thought the line of distant buildings might be a factory, or apartments, but they seem to have store fronts at ground level.
Is that a long building of shops?
Must say - very somber colors used in the construction, but does match the other stonework colors in the photo.
Probably a much gayer waterfront area on a summers day when the sun can supply some color?

They're former industrial buildings from when the town was full of fishing boats - all gone now of course. It was an overcast day (this is Scotland after all) and a lot of shops are subject to Covid restrictions, meaning is not as busy as usual. It's not a very big town anyway - maybe 7 or 8 thousand inhabitants.
