Got this today from jonathan and mounted it up.
heads up, the from mount hole on the plate, for the tapered head allen bolt, was drilled too large from the factory.
because of this the lower part of the taper on the bolt bottomed on the front spacer pipe and never snug the top plate up tight.
it wobbled.
i fixed this by chamfering the inside edge of the front spacer pipe with a dremel and small grind stone.
i removed enough so now the lowest part of the bolt tapper sits down into the spacer pipe and thus the top plate snugs tight to the pipe. since the threads stuck down below more I used a stainless finish nut for a factory look.
also the front oem allen bolt is tight, but i use a breaker bar with a socket with allen bit.
no way this bolt is coming off with a small hand held allen tool.
heat, from a lighter, below on the threads might help too if you don't have a breaker bar.
on the rear mount plate and taper bolt I slowly tightened it over and over till it's rock solid.
hold the top of the bolt with a allen tool and tighten the lower bolt with a socket.
next i'm going to get a Givi top box, nothing too big.
going for the lighter monolock (that include the plate) as the beefier monokey boxes are heavier & $$$.
monolock is overkill for this size scoot.
looking at 30-35 liter size as good size match & to watch the rear weight.
never try and tighten the bolt from the top as it's a small allen bit and will strip, only hold it!

in retrospec a new plate might mount up nice and tight, but once it mounted the mount holes might open up a hair and thus why this used one mounted loose for me.

This mounting plate loosened up on me every 2 weeks. Finally solved the problem by adding 2 extra screws to the back plate to keep it from rotating.
Works great now.

Is this KOYG58ST compatible also with Dink 200i, 2015 model?
Also, I live in Malta and local agent is selling this kit at a a very expensive price.
Any suggestions for European online shop that I can find it?

Noone cared to answer?
It's ok, I solved it with my local shop.
Just a few holes on the stock base and we managed to attach a 30 Kappa top case, with NO mounting kit.
We used only the screws of the top case.
