would anyone happen to have the bolt sizes for the Kymco Agility 50cc magneto-bolts (8-pole) on hand, or maybe have a link for a list of bolt sizes for the bike. that would be incredibly usefull i assure you that. thanks

yup i would give a good guess that the choke/ air flow could be the issue. check your hoses

Agility 50 / regulator/rectifier
« on: June 02, 2019, 10:36:53 PM »
hello again everybody.
so im still trying with this kymco agility. i really do love it, the weight, the handling, the seats. but it has problems that i cannot diagnose. turning the key i hear what sounds like a horn shorting out coming from the front headlight. now it could simply be the horn but the bike will not turn over and all the gauges go up up up. the bike does not turn over and start. could it be a faulty regulator? i dont know thanks for the help.

OK.if I understood you correctly I pulled the spark plug out and tried the ignition. Unfortunately there is same issue. I did happen to pull the belt and clutch cover off to inspect and noticed the bendix was turning the flywheel clockwise,is this correct?
Thank you.

Agility 50 / Starting problems
« on: July 18, 2017, 07:11:29 PM »
Upon driving the bike I heard a loud "ping" sound from the engine then it immediately died. Engine will not turn over now . It sounds like the flywheel is very hard to turn when engaging the electric starter. I disassembled the starter and bendix for inspection, (the bendix seem to turn freely and starter spins when engaged) then reinstalled them. I later charged the battery. The flywheel gear still sounds tough to start and won't make a complete revolution to start the engine. I'm stuck on this situation and would really appreciate some help. Thanks.

Hmm all seems like it's hard to turn over even with enough cranking amps? I can hear it engaging and trying to turn the flywheel but doesn't

Yup got it.
On the charger now.
It does seem like there isn't enough power there.
But I don't know I've never had this trouble before.
