News to me..One thing I have always wanted to do but never got around to it was to check the speedo on my GPS....anyone tried that yet?

This is from my Montana 600. I was on the rev limiter and the speedo was showing 48-49. Im just the messenger. Saw the same on my Etrex.

I certainly hope I don't do that to you !!  By any chance do you remember what the tire weight might be?
I think the 26x9 front were 21 lbs and 26x10 rear were 24.5 lb. The stock tires were crazy lightweight and really thin.

I remember the article well, just that now that you have had them on for awhile, are you still as satisfied with them on the stock rims? Thanks

Hate to jinx myself but so far so good. No issues.

Yes they fit no problem. Here's a link to a thread in November with more info.

Google Pacific Eagle UTV windshields. They make the kymco factory shield and have other options. He's posted on this forum in the past. I have the factory two piece and it's very well constructed.

Well I was wanting to relocate the springs to the other holes that are on the top mounts to lift the machine up a bit, but you cant with the rear sway bar there.

Hey Kurt I know it's a common practice on the Rangers.

https://www.google.com/search?q=ranger+rear+swaybar+removeal&rlz=1C1CHZL_enUS736US736&oq=ranger+rear+swaybar+removeal&aqs=chrome..69i57j0l2.10087j0j7&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8#q=Polaris+ranger+rear+sway+bar+removal

People have commented its a non issue unless doing a lot of high speed riding it gets twitchy. Otherwise they say it works great in the rough. If Airshot is correct about the stiffer springs in the Cat that explains why they list the box capacity 50lbs greater than the Kymco. I'd say go for it. I plan to.

I use a Garmin Montana 600. I use maps from GPStrailmasters.com but they only cover New England NY and PA. There might be other vendors for your area. You could always load a TOPO map on the gps and you'll at least know where you are. There is a learning curve to using the gps and the maps but there are plenty of YouTube tutorials for both  the gps and the maps.

Very nice. I have the factory roof but you're right about tight clearance. I'll have to check my headroom. I'm 6' 4".

Easy to move. Jack up, pull one bolt, move to the outer position. It gives about an extra inch or so and no issues with handling. Radial tires will greatly improve steering effort. I run 26" Maxxis Bighorn 2.0. They are radial and fairly lightweight. They give additional clearance and really lightened the steering.
