Why didn't you guys tell me soldering and drilling jets was so easy?
I found a trick using an old soldering iron with the tip taken out. I put the soldering iron in a vise pointing strait up, placed the jet in the end, let it heat up, and carefully filled the hole with solder very easily.
I went too big with the jet after I put the pipe on. I had to pull the air filter off to get home the next day it just wanted to sputter when I'd twist the throttle. Its been sitting for about a month. Started to miss it.
Just redrilled it tonight and is still rich but better. Right now I am more concerned about raising the needle as it still sputters on take off after idleing for a while. I cant seem to pull the needle out of the plastic retainer. Im so scared im gonna break it.
