On the z, the runners were hooked into the other lights, So the runners and the "side marker" lights come on with the other lights...Red bulbs in the runner sockets
I did black out the tail lens and turn lenses.(h.l. cover only 1 coat so i can still see from it...lol)

I di my lenses on the outside with the "VHT" spray tint..
They say only up to 3 coats..
I believe em too, i went 5 on the back of the z and that shit is blacked out.

I've been trying to find Euro clear lenses, but doubt they exist. That Is the next best thing. You say spray tint? Like the spray on window tint?

I've not ever seen clear ones...

Yeah, it's called "VHT" "night shades"..Like $10 can at local auto store. Think walmart sells it as well..
I should still have a partial can i can post a pic if you want..

A can has done 3 scoots so far......

You can do either...technically
IMO, since the outside is smoother, that was the choice.. I tried a sample on a inside lens, It seemed to drain into the creases and look like some checkered sh*t.
