Agility 50 wont rev

My agility 50 in the last few days has stopped revving from take off , very sluggish any ideas what it could be have checked spark plug , fuel filter , air filter all good.

There could be alot of different problems.

Clogged carb, worn belt or rollers, broken clucth spring, contra spring went soft
