Wonderful shots, Stig. Looks like another peaceful morning coffee run.

Yes, but turning cooler. Had to fire up the heated glove liners and top layer of the hi viz road crew jacket.
The leather Icon combo'd with that over-jacket must weight  10lbs or more. Keeps my chest & arms quite warm to very low temps.
Will be needing the froggtogg over pants very soon.
Seemed a quick summer!
I use 3 used insulated cups from the coffee shop to make the heat last longer. Wife said I should sit inside in the winter. Nope...prefer outside.
Dead clear night sky....makes it nippy!

Wow, that cool all ready. 65 here this morning in East Texas and going to mid 80's. Still quite warm here. Didn't realize you drank your coffee outside Tom, the vertible night rider.

I know what you mean about the weight of all the extra cold-weather gear. I had to layer up for my daily commutes to school, especially since I had to wear dress pants and shirt/tie under all that stuff. My top case was jammed full when I arrived and had to peel off all those layers. Since retirement, I wait for the temp to rise before heading out, and I can wear REAL riding clothes now, so the layers have been reduced significantly. I really enjoy the morning tea out on the patio, watching the sunrise, then take a mid-morning ride after the morning rush hour and school buses clear off the roads.
