He did put himself in a couple of really tight spots between other vehicles and the curb. h2 is right about the camera evidence.

well, he took it a bit further than necessary...didn't really need to pursue and put himself and others in danger....he had the whole thing on gopro....coulda just made sure he made the guy's plate then gone to the cops with his video.
