Surely you do not have to remove any panels to adjust the headlight beam?!
Turn bars to the side....with flashlight look up in front area behind the lights for the adjustment apparatus (a wheel?) - yes?
Use a screwdriver or small box wrench?

On a DT300i it is a Phillips #2 and not much room. I have pictures that I will post in my LED topic soon.
