OKO 21mm Carb

Any ideas on how to mount an OKO 21mm carb to my Like?

I found this: http://pages.ebay.com/motors/link/?nav=item.view&id=200858549360&alt=web but the seller says it fits 28-32mm carbs. From my research the OKO 21mm is 35mm.. :/

I guess I'll soak the rubber hose in hot water before install and grind a tiny bit of the lip off the carb.
