My kymco Agility hikups at max speed
« on: November 25, 2015, 07:09:36 PM »
Hi i am from the Netherlands and i have a kymco agility 50cc limited to 25km per hour (its called a snor in the Netherlands).

When i start my agility and i drive around (Cold start) my kymco glides to top speed perfectly and maintance there after a few minutes when the engine has warmed up it starts to dip (It experiences like: A hick-ups / A short term powerloss, aprox: 0,5 seconds)

Does any one know why this problem occurs?

Kind regards,

Daam

Try just cleaning the carb.Maybe even change the gas and air lines.gas filter. or a new carb.

Hey,

Groet,

Bram.

mvg/ kind regards,

Have you tried playing with the air bleed screw on the front right side of the carb? It controls the opening of the slide & could possibly be to lean causing your hick-up. Or the float level too low, dirty jets, could cause it to run lean.
My wife never asked, " can you make it go faster?" until we bought a 4 stroke Moped. My reply, "yes dear"
