New 700i on ebay no reserve $5999......
« on: September 16, 2015, 11:21:27 PM »
A dealer outside MSP has it posted on ebay no reserve. With two hours to go, no one has bid.
Seems like a good price.

You can get a 2014 700i available in white! RETAIL IS $9699 SALE PRICE IS ONLY $5999 at Heinen's Motorsports in Minnesota.  I just picked up a 2013 Downtown 300i from them last month for $2999.  They also ship lots of scooters around the country for people.  I live only about 100 miles from them so I just pulled my new DT home in a trailer. http://www.heinenmotorsports.com/sales.html

Same thing here in San Antonio at my Kymco dealer. I almost bought it for $6299, and he would probably take $6000 for it now. I looked at my sweeeeet custom '09 Xciting and said, no way.

608 lb scooter!
Can you imagine?
America showed good sense in laying off this.

And, I'm feeling a little peculiar.

The dealer, Paul, is a good egg. I investigated a bit a while back. That is what he does. Buys a bunch of non-current scoots and sells them rock bottom...
600 pounds plus, just like the Burgman 650.. Over 600 cc's, just like the Burgman 650.. At about one third the cost (plus shipping and other fees). All because the year isn't current. A good deal. I just couldn't couldn't live with a few thousand of my dollars out the door and a bike in a truck for weeks, Out of State transfer paperwork and fees, and then try to find a dealer to service (Believe they treat you different when bring them in for service if you also bought them there; could be wrong about that, but that's what I feel)...
