I will throw in my two cents for the People GT 300 as well. I went from the Like to the GT and never looked back. I am just under 6ft but I only have a 30 inch inseam and the GT's upright riding position was really comfortable for me. The biggest change was the 16 inch wheels. The Like only has 12's and the ride was very rough! With the bigger wheels the GT was extremely smooth and it never Jared me like the Like did.
I also proved how tough those guys are. Mine flew through the air spinning several times and crashed to the ground. It broke the handle bars and some of the plastic but still rolled fine and was in pretty darn good shape after the wreck.
Test ride and sit on all of the ones your thinking about before buying. I sat on the GT for over an hour at more than one dealer before I bought it.

Good luck and ride safe, mscmkr

Look what's on the other side!
Gilera GP800 scooter

Still trying to wrap my head around how a chain drive scooter works!
(was looking at pictures of a fellow working on this scooter. Adjusting the valves on both cylinders....one was a pretty scary picture of one of the lock nuts missing on the adjuster screw!)

Gilera, Aprilia > same mother co. Piaggio.
Looks like the same scoot bored or stroked  a bit.
Crazy Italians.
800-850 cc's, for what? Pulling a house trailer?
'Course I say the same about any motorcycle over 500 cc's.......except when you make the stupid bike weigh 900lbs!
Buy a Buick.
The interesting thing to me is what the actual factory rating is on the load capacity. A whole bunch are in the mid 300's....and the rider weighs that, but what about that big gal on the back?
