I haven't got it off. Which part comes off first? The grey bit or the black bit with the speedo on it?

Still wont come off!!

There are 2 philips screws that hold the front plastic panel from the inside, they are close to the top. You have to pull the black plastic with the speedo down a bit ti be able to see and get to them. Be gentle [emoji4]

I had some minor surface rust under the small heat shield on the exhaust. I used a wire brush to rub off the rust and then used a few coats of rust remover gel to remove as much rust as possible then I washed it and turned the engine on and rode around a little to get the exhaust very hot and evaporate all moisture on the pipe and then let it cool and painted it with heat reiststant paint up to 400c and then when it was touch dry I rode around again to get the exhaust really hot and bake the paint on and I did two coats and since then I haven't see any sign of rust again.

You will have to paint over that because simply removing the rust won't be enough it will keep coming back and it will spread under the paint. You should also consider using acf 50 or scotoiler fs365 or even some wd 40 to form a layer over the metal and protect it from the moisture in the future.

Remind me I need to jetwash my rear suspension forks...they are filthy.

How many kilometers have you done on the bike now? Have you ever changed the drivebelt before? If so at what km did you have to change it?

I drove 11,000 kilometers in September 2014. More did not change the belt, the rollers and the rear tire, but I am going to do it soon.
And this is when you are done?

Not sure, there doesn't appear to be a Haynes manual for the agility city.

Is this what you are looking for?
