Anyone else have your steering lock not engage?

Twice now I've turned the key over to the lock position and had it not actually lock.

Would seem only way to figure it out is to get to the ignition and see wassup. It's either cable actuated or a dead bolt style extension from the ignition itself. Might help to spray some lube into the ignition and see.
