My front signals are down by the headlight. I believe this is the stock Eru/Canada setup.

I think this is the right wiring diagram. No spark is possibly a ground wire. Just look at what wires come in and go out. See what they splices.

The factory service manual does not show anything like that. Looks like someone wired an alarm in.

I had the same problem with my super9. It finally wouldn't start on the starter only kick. Turned out the starter relay beside the battery had died. It had rust from moisture on the prongs. I ridged a four pin relay to test and replace it for now.

Toronto Ontario Canada.  It's not common plug so they have to order it in is the excuse.

Local stores want $15-$25 for these plugs. Found it on ebay from a different province. 10 pack for $31 delivered. I picked up a 2004 ZX50 that uses the same plug.

Oh well no replies but bought it anyways. Stored in a shed for two years. Came with a medium 3/4 helmet with flip up shield and ladies large gloves. It was hard to start dead battery cracks in side wall of tires. I pulled the sparkplug for a look. Still don't have any BR8HSA yet pack of 10 on order. Scooter had a BR8HS installed and well oiled and warn out. Dropped a new BR8HS in and it fired and idled easy. Battery has been on charge all night. Can't get past 8.4 Volt. It's dead. I will order one. Tires ?? I think I will go with Shinko SR009 Radial as they are in the proper size.

Left is from my Super 9LC,    Right is from the ZX50

The poor scooter was left in a shed for years before I picked it up. I noticed a stain on the water pump cover. Must be leaking weeping when hot. How much fun is that job. Any kit recommended ?  Price seems about $60-$70

Super 9 / Starting issues and sparkplugs

OK having starting issues. Needs gas to start even when kicking. After pulling the sparkplug it looked good but warn out. Plug is an NGK BR8HSA. I can only find BR8HS in my area. Smaller electrode. I installed it and the scooter fires right up no problem Idles good. What plugs are people using the Super9 LC  ??

My home made one just bolted to the 3 screw holes. I used hollow spacers for the screws to go through. As long as the spacing for the 3 screws matches up it will work. As for weight restrictions. I have had 2 six packs with no handling issues. My old Elite 150 was very wobbly with an empty box on the back.

GVH, Any idea on where to find that rack?

Contact your local dealer. It was about $100 last time I looked it up. Or this factory mount plate for $83 plus tax.
