head gaskets are usually some composite of metal and gasket material, as opposed to all the other gaskets in the engine. A head gasket is a specific item to an engine..OP should buy the OEM gasket. See 12251 in pic

Finally, someone gives correct information

No disrespect but, you need to not work on your scooter. Find a friend that has some knowledge to help you.  You cannot make a head gasket out of cardboard.

You have posted and asked this question previously. There is not an Arctic Cat direct match for your Kymco. My suggestion would be to source Kymco parts from another European country such as Poland, Greece or possibly Italy.

23100-LDB5-E00
Kymco MSRP: $156.18

You don't mention what year your L200 is so, guessing, the part number for the front caliper assembly is : 45200-LGR5-E10.
That part number fits the Like 200 and 50 only. No other models.
About $91.00 MSRP in the USA

I cannot , with confidence, say which Kymco would be the same as your AC500.
Looking at the global website, I see a Bulgarian distributor, best bet is to try there:

Contact your local dealer, they can contact the distributor for availability.

my local dealer sells the big 4 + Kymco & Polaris.  Service manager tells me that among them Kymco has the least warranty claims and other service requests.  Polaris is worse, with the rest in between.

Ask your dealer how many of each brand they have sold in the past 2 years, then ask what is the % rate of warranty claims per brand is. If he's sold 30 Kymco and has 10 claims, that's 33.33333%. If he's sold 600 Polaris and has had 50 claims, that's about 8.34%. This example is how you have to look at it. Then you need to look at warranty cost per claim average.

Hawaii is part of the US distribution area I believe. The bike likely came to the US warehouse, the dealers orders were processed and shipped to Hawaii. If If Piaggio-Vespa-Aprilla-Moto Guzzi USA were smart, they would sell the dealer a container full of product to save shipping costs. Distributors have a "Landed Cost", then there is distributor mark-up to dealer cost then freight to the dealer. Freight to Hawaii is ridiculous.

Curious about the diagnosis, do you have spark?, can you hear the fuel pump when the key is turned to the On position? What's it doing or not doing?
Any Kymco dealer can help you out with an ECU.
The part number should be: 3920A-LE8-E00. About $275.00 (maybe plus freight charges) in the US. Make sure that's what is the problem as electrical parts cannot be returned. The ECU is the same for both the UXV and the MXU 450's

You will need to disassemble and figure out what you need. If it is just the top end and you need Piston, Rings, clips, pin, cylinder, head and base gaskets & Valve cover gasket, through a Kymco Dealer you would be looking at about $260.00 plus freight
