You should check whether these valves work properly, close them and open at the right time. They give them a 0.12 mmI repeat what Karl says

Keep track of our observations. And it measures the consumption to compare with yours. ;)

HI,

Forget changing the CDI. Forget the TPS sensor and just leave the wires hanging free. Fit the old or new carb. Set the idle screw 2 turns out from fully screwed in. Make sure you have good clean fuel in the tank. Make sure you have a vacuum line to the fuel tap to open it when cranking the engine. fit a vacuum line to the carb fuel pump (on the side of the carb). Connect the auto choke connector and give it a go. Use the electric starter rather than the kick start.
Good luck.   ;)
Here's an electric scheme

As a rule, if you put a replacement carburettor without TPS, you should also change the CDI. I hope to make it clear to you.

It can work without the TPS. It is important that the carburetor enters the flange .

Also I'm a little confused the more I read this... It's a 2012 kymco agility city.. I purchased as a non runner and it came with what looked to be a throttle body that did not fit.. I now have a carburettor as I noticed a vacuum tap and did a little digging.. Are they in fact fuel injected or on carb?? The carb fits both in and outtake perfectly..  But I also do have tps wires.. Is it a system similar to the new Aprillia rs 125 with a carb and a tps?
This is what it looks like to me.

It's a real advertisement for kymco, durable and reliable. Keep up to 100,000 km. ;D ;D

The 160-cc kit has a diameter of 60.4mm so that it enters the crankshaft without any problems. I am overwhelmed. My final speed is 100 km / h. Accelerations are great, and consumption is about 4.2lit to 100km.

Super. Give us your observations. Did you replace the main jet.

What is your fuel consumption and what is your ultimate speed

I have agility, 125 R16. I've put the cylinder 160 on a no-load basis. The main dive # 110 and variomat sport top performance with weights of 13.5 grams.
