checking 10 year old top box all LED lights half dead so rip them out,.  bought 8 foot length of lights with wires at both ends ,  cut to size two lengths for running and brake lights ,  left over piece enough for turn signals, the fun part is attaching wires to led lights ,  would like to find easer way to do that, 
draw lines on box where to stick lights,  then stick them on,  hope I drew the lines to fit the red reflector, it worked !!!,.  now the wiring, using a 5 flat plug,  ran blue wire to brake light , ran brown wire to running light ,  ran yellow wire to right turn light,  ran green wire to left light,  the white  wire is ground for the top box,  repeat wiring in top box to match,  checking as you wire it in, I had to do it twice ,  that it old man Goulet  de dee

    only good thing about the scoot trouble I got a new scooter a Piaggio bv 350 sport,  ABS, AND ASR,

    bought a new top box from rev-zilla   a bestem   asked for lights with   brakes,  running lights,   and turn sygnals, they sent ,. tail lights ,, and brake lights,  only  ,.with a wire harness for that alone,,  so off to good old Canadian tire for 5 feet of LED light strip  and a 5 wire flat plug in ,. cut a hole for the flat plug and stuck it in tight,.   took the red reflecker cover off and installed the LED light strip in it,  top row  brakes middle row running lights and bottom row left and right turn lights, soldered the ground wires to a white wire,  to the plug,  then checking for power to the lights and soldered them to the plug,. to the trailer wire code,. 

 Shorted a wire under the dash, fried a fuse , no lights no dash lights ,speedometer, RPM , all dead,    speedometer at 50 MPH,
rpm at 8000 ,  how to reset this ???unhook the battery?  take it in to the dealer $$$,.  NO ! just re set the throttle like crossbolt says,   did it 5 times to get it normal again,  key on with throttle WOT,  count to 8 let go and check , and do it again if not back to O,.   THANK YOU CROSSBOLT   MR. every body in the north east and Canada, enjoying the snow that is never ending this year,  3 times I cleaned the driveway to- day,.  more  than 6 inches each time,.  next week we are looking at freezing rain and more snow,  that will make it 5 times we have freezing rain,.
